Overview
Learn how to design a 3D object using Tinkercad and explore the wonderful world of 3D Printing.
This activity is for ages 9 to 14.
Come and join us and learn all about the amazing world of 3D printing in this introductory session. Learn the basics of Tinkercad, check out our 3D printers and have a go at designing and printing your own object.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS SESSION IS FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE NEW TO TINKERCAD and have not completed the introductory session before.
Parents and carers are welcome too!
Parents and carers can join in the session to learn 3D design and printing with the children in their care.
Please note:
- Eventbrite bookings are essential.
- Children under the age of 13 years must be supervised by a guardian at all times while in a City of Canning Library (siblings 16 years + are deemed suitable to supervise).
- We ask guardians to remain with children under the age of 8 in activity areas for the duration of events.
- Children who do not meet the required age for specific activities/events may have their ticket cancelled.
Please bring a USB if possible
Parents wishing to participate with their children please bring your own laptop if you have one.
