Fancy getting your ferment on? Great news, because the last class sold out so quickly, we have added another one again at Plant 4 Bowden. Join Founder of Gut Feeling Fermentation and Masterchef 2017 contesrant, Sam Whitehead with Granny Skills Guru and Author of The Art of The Natural Home, Rebecca Sullivan in a hands on fermentation class at our favourite venue, Plant 4 Bowden. You will make your own Sauerkraut and Kimchi step by step, from scratch and take them home too. Sam will also run you through how to make Kombucha and ginger beer and your gift from us is your own baby SCOBY, so making kombucha at home will be a breeze. This is an interactive, DIY class and runs for 2-2.5 hours. Includes a glass of Ginger Beer or Kombucha and much fun! Places are limited so book quick. Bring your own kitchen knife.
