Description

Join founder of Gut Feeling and MasterChef contestant 2017 Samuel Whitehead at the Fleurieu Pantry for and introductory workshop on fermentation. Samuel describes the class as "a very hands on experience designed to leave you empowered and confident to get fermenting" . We are all starting to realise the benifits of making probiotic rich food and drinks part of our everyday diet. In this 1.5 hour class you will learn the do's and don'ts of creating a successful sauerkraut, get your hands dirty and leave with your very own jar of the good stuff. Sam will also be supplying everyone with a Kombucha SCOBY and advice on how to create your own delicious elixer at home.
