Event description

Join me Rebecca Pinga & Eleanor Mastro, doTERRA leaders & wellness educators as we step you through everything you need to know about essential oils. Learn how to improve your health, increase your physical and emotional wellbeing and support a low-tox environment.

The essential oils we'll be discussing in this class represent the safest and purest essential oils available today.

In this Introduction to Essential Oils Workshop you will learn how to incorporate essential oils into your everyday life to support a natural lifestyle. Pure Essential Oils are powerful plant compounds that can be used in a variety of ways to benefit your health and wellbeing.

We’ll open the space with an eyes-closed meditation, then in this class you will learn:

+ What essential oils are, and why these are the best purity and quality in the world

+ What are the most important ones that every household needs

+ How to support a chemical free household

+ How to safely use essential oils

Essential oils can:

+ be used to make natural skincare and natural cleaning products

+ support emotional wellbeing (in children and adults alike)

+ promote deep and restful sleep

+ improve digestive health

+ help to fight colds

+ alleviate headaches

and so much more!!

You'll have the opportunity to experience the oils on the day, and if you have a bunch of girlfriends who are into the same spirit-nourishing, earth-honouring stuff you are, then please bring them along. Just make sure you RSVP so we can make enough treats and have enough free goodies to take home for everyone :)

I can't wait to share with you!

*** Please note that as this is at a private house and space is very limited, we regretfully can only open this class to those without an existing doTERRA account. We hope you understand.****
