Intro to BPD – Information Session
Overview
Presented by a Lived Experience Worker and clinician from BPD Co, this information session is for people with a lived experience of BPD or those that have difficulties with emotions and are likely to have a diagnosis.
In this session, presenters will discuss what BPD is, contributing factors and treatments, recovery and self-help, and resources for families/friends.
If you have any access or support requirements in order to participate fully, please let us know when you book your ticket to ensure that we can arrange any reasonable adjustments.
Please note, this is not a therapy group or designed to provide mental health/crisis support, if you require assistance with these areas, please follow up with your GP or mental health worker.
To ensure that we are trauma-informed and providing a comfortable space for all, please review the safe sharing guidelines before attending. This group will be run again in future, based on community interest and attendance, so if you are unable to secure a ticket for this event, please see our Eventbrite for other groups.
