Description

This seminar will highlight some of the capabilities of 3D image analysis software (Imaris and Volocity) availbale to researchers using fluorescence microscopy at the University of Melbourne. The seminar is aimed honours/PhD students or anyone that is new to 3D image analysis and is presented by the Biological Optical Microscopy Platform at the University of Melbourne.

3D image analysis software enables researchers to visualise fluorescence images in 3D space and create video animations for presentations. You can also measure shapes, volumes, distances and 100s of other quantitative readouts about your data.
