About this Event

International Women's Day is the day we get to celebrate the progress made since the year before, and inspire and motivate for the year ahead. BE BRAVE

Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day. We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women's achievements but most importantly be braver in what we do.

We can also find bravery in the small and simple day-to-day tasks. It’s moments like these where we have to hold back our tears, take a deep breath, ignore what our heads say and pretend like everything is ok in order to move forward. In good times and bad, women are great at persevering.

Please join us for brunch as we gather at the beautiful Industry Beans in Newstead to hear from 4 amazing speakers, each from a different generation to share their stories - Annie Flamsteed, Majella Edwards, Yasmin Grigaliunas & Lana Clark

ANNIE Flamsteed is the Founder and CEO of iNSPIRE Sport Online and launched the company in February 2019. So proud to be growing a user base of elite athletes, grassroots, coaches, officials, national sporting organisations and schools, and creating an app that is EDUCATING, SUPPORTING, and iNSPIRING young athletes globally, about the importance of mental and physical health. She strongly believes that a healthy body comes from a healthy mind, good nutrition, and enough sleep, and building an awareness of your body’s components that contribute to the whole. That’s why iNSPIRE Sport Online was created with innovative and engaging software, that will interact with young athletes in a simple, effective, and multifaceted way.
