Balancing the Scales is a powerful one hour online event bringing together women leaders across Professionals Australia to speak openly about leadership, safety, equity and change.

Through stories of leadership and resilience, this event will show how women are reshaping their male dominated industries and building the conditions they deserve.

You will leave with insight, inspiration and clear pathways to get involved, influence decisions and help balance the scales.

Women remain underrepresented in leadership, decision making, and senior technical roles. We are committed to achieving 50% women across all PA committees, and that does not happen by chance. It happens when organisers identify, encourage and elevate women members into places of influence.
