Live music, the 'Paddock to Plate' exhibition and a glass of local wine - a great way to unwind after work.

Haven’t had a chance to see Orange Regional Museum’s new exhibition 'Paddock to Plate'?

Why not drop in after work, enjoy local music, grab a glass of wine and see the new exhibition?

On Thursday 17th May Orange Regional Museum will be open from 5.30pm-7.30pm for a special afterhours event in celebration of International Museum Day.

International Museum Day is about celebrating the important role of museums in enriching community understanding of history and culture. Celebrate your local history and food culture at the Museum during this special late opening.

Local musicians ‘The Hip Replacements’ will be playing on the night and a cash bar will be serving local wine and beer. Grazing platters will be provided free of charge.

Entry is free.

Orange Regional Museum is celebrating International Museum Day 2018. The theme chosen for this year is "Hyperconnected museums: New approaches, new publics". The objective of International Museum Day is to raise awareness of the fact that, “Museums are an important means of cultural exchange, enrichment of cultures and development of mutual understanding, cooperation and peace among peoples.”
