International Indian Ocean Science Conference 2019. An integrated event comprising meetings of:
- SOLSTICE: Sustainable oceans, livelihoods and food security through increased capacity in ecosystem research in the Western Indian Ocean (Nelson Mandela University South Africa & National Oceanography Centre UK), and associated: West Indian Ocean research expo; Workshop on robotics in the Western Indian Ocean
- IIOE-2 Steering Committee 3rd annual meeting (Second International Indian Ocean Expedition)
- IOGOOS 15th annual meeting (Indian Ocean Global Ocean Observing System – a GOOS Regional Alliance)
- IORP 15th annual meeting (Indian Ocean Region Panel of IOC-GOOS/CLIVAR)
- SIBER 9th annual meeting (Sustained Indian Ocean Biogeochemistry and Ecosystem Research of IOGOOS/IMBER)
- IRF 9th annual meeting (Indian Ocean Observing System [IndOOS] Resources Forum of IOGOOS)
- IndOOS Review workshop (Indian Ocean Observing System)
- IOCINDIO 2019 Session (IOC Regional Committee for the Central Indian Ocean)

Please note that for non members of IIOE-2, IOGOOS, IORP, SIBER, IRF, IndOOS Review and IOCINDIO - entry to sessions (across days 2, 3, 4 and 5) is not open across all meetings. Some of the sessions will be closed to non members. Anyone wishing to join particular meetings as observers are invited to email their request to the respective lead focal points for each of these meetings.
