About this Event

International Day of People With Disability (IDPWD) is a UN sanctioned day that aims to increase awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability and celebrate their achievements and contributions.

Come and be part of a session that includes

* Q&A with inspiring and influential leaders from industry, community and peak bodies.

* information on programs you can join to support people with disability in your current workforce, and diversify your future workforce

The aim of the event is to reinforce the need to create a more inclusive society that enables people with disability to fulfil their potential as equals.

Training For The Future's Transforming Transport Diversity and Inclusion Series

Delivered as part of Victoria's Training For The Future (TFTF) program, Transforming Transport is an industry wide series of sessions aimed at building the industry's inclusion capability. TFTF is an initiative of the Victorian Government’s Major Transport Infrastructure Authority and Department of Transport. It is delivered by the Level Crossing Removal Project in partnership with the Rail Academy Newport, Rail Projects Victoria, Metro Trains Melbourne, Yarra Trams, V/Line, VicTrack and Public Transport Victoria.
