For some people, finding time to continue your personal and professional development is hard. There’s always issues at work or home which require your attention and distract you from the things you really want to do. Here’s an opportunity for you to leave work or home behind for 3 days and focus on what you want to achieve, for yourself and your career or business. Enrolled students can gain your coaching qualification quickly using this fast-track approach by reading through the workbooks beforehand and viewing the videos, plus attending 9am-5pm for 3 intensive days of instruction, skilling and coaching practice. This means that you will return to work or home confident in the knowledge that you understand yourself and others better, and have the skills to coach others towards greater self-awareness and insight, more effective problem-solving, and achievement of their goals. In addition, you can immediately use your coaching skills to communicate more effectively, build collaborative and supportive relationships more quickly, and network more easily with others in your work, personal and professional communities.
Enrolled students should read the workbooks and view the videos beforehand, then attend the 3-day program. If your coaching is declared “Competent” by the end of the program, and all your assessments have been successfully completed, there’s no more to do. If “Not Yet Competent”, you submit additional assessments and coach recordings afterwards till you get them right.
