Description

Intelligent Indicators: Workforce planning, costing and analysis in the NDIS context

WorkAbility Qld and NDS invites you to attend a half-day workshop for People, Operations and Financial Managers focusing on workforce metrics: their importance under the NDIS, how to measure and understand their impact on costs.

The NDIS has changed the way disability organisations plan and cost their workforce. In today's more complex operating environment, business intelligence (including workforce analytics) is crucial.

NDS has developed three tools to assist providers to conveniently track workforce data, and think through the different cost dimensions of working time.

This workshop provides an opportunity to see these tools demonstrated, discuss the concepts underlying them with other providers, and have a one-to-one consultation with Scott Bywaters (Baxter Lawley), experienced business consultant and author with David Gilchrist of the NDS Costing and Pricing Learning Program.

Location: Community Meeting Room, Brisbane Square Library. The room is located on the ground floor of the library in between the two escalators.

Time: 9:30 – 12:30 pm; plus limited spots for individual consultations available in the afternoon after the workshop.

Cost: Free, but registration essential. Places limited.
