IntelHunters with Maltego: OSINT and Web Hacking CTF

Running off the successes of IntelHunters & Maltego OSINT CTF (brought to you by Cynetio Cyber Security Solutions) previously, we bring a new experience to this CTF using Maltego. Intelhunters has created a digital breadcrumb trail around the net for you to test your OSINT and web hacking skills.

Combine your OSINT skills as a team utilizing Maltego (any edition), you will take part in an intricate simulation CTF to uncover a digital story of evidence across the net ranging from Social Media account analysis, web hacking, Geographic analysis, reverse image searching and data processing.

A taste of what this CTF may encompass:

• Find forensic details in a virtual machine image.
• Flex your GeoOSINT skills to travel the world and find stolen assets.
• Track down a location from an online persona.
• Infiltrate a simulated dark underground forum.
• Show off your scripting or Excel skills to find needles in a data haystack.

Agenda (CET):

14:30 - Zoom introduction and walkthrough

15:00 - CTF opens

19:00 - CTF closes and final CTF verifications

20:00 - final winners and prizes announced

Guidelines:

• You may join as an individual and form a team or join as a team. Teams are limited to 4 members. Each team member should register for a ticket.
• All submissions will include Maltego graphs (.mtgl) or flags.
• Ticket numbers from Eventbrite will be used to register on the CTF platform - please keep yours handy.
• The cases are only revealed on the hour when the CTF starts.
