Welcome to our training based on the form of modern Qigong as taught by Lee Holden and other masters of integrative qigong. This training is the beginning of your journey to becoming an Integrative Qigong Teacher, you may plan to use this training to augment your yoga style or simply for your personal practice.

Integrative Qigong is a conscious and mindful based movement practice that incorporates theory from Classical Chinese Medicine as well as modern and traditional movements of Qigong, Tai Chi and Taoist Yoga.

This is the teacher training pathway discovery day. Either the first or last 6 hours of the Level 1 training. Level 1 teacher training is in total a 3 day (18 hour) program.

This pathway workshop covers movements and sequencing that are included within the activate, generate and circulate qi sections of a class, three of the four integrative qigong class foundations.

We will train and mentor you through the various movements that make up these foundations of class, including the opportunity for teaching practice.

Online video support for each of the movements presented during the training will be provided.

Pathway Day training has maximum of 8 students to ensure material transmission quality and that students receive adequate personal attention in their learning journey.


No refund on purchased tickets, although transfer to a future training may be possible.
