Instrumental / Vocal Tuition Application Form  

Senior /Junior High / Upper Primary/ Lower Primary  

• This form is to be completed by new and continuing students wishing to learn an instrument at St Peters.
• A separate application should be completed for each instrument to be learnt. 
• Please select relevant ticket type for sub school.  

Individual lesson fees for 2021 are:

• 1 hour lessons (for senior students only) $74.00*      
• 45 minute lessons $55.50*      
• 30 minute lessons $37.00*

         * Exclusive of GST (please note that some tutors might charge the 10% GST in addition to the above rate)

** Please note that all enrolments for second lessons are now being placed on a waiting list, depending on availablity and will not be confirmed until advised by a Co-Director of Cocurricular Music.
