Insights into the impact of the coronavirus crisis on employee experience – and what to do about it!

About this Event

While much has been written about how employers are responding to the COVID-19 crisis, the challenges and changes for employees have been profound. So what exactly has been the impact on employee experience, and what do employers need to keep top of mind in these times of crisis?

In the middle of March, when the coronavirus became a truly global crisis, Willis Towers Watson (WTW), launched their COVID-19 Pulse Survey. Since then, WTW have been tracking the collective experiences of employees around the world from client’s surveys. At the end of July, WTW re-examined the data from more than 96 unique companies and over 530,000 employees. Many insights and trends remained, with a number of new insights emerging.

Join our special guest, Dr Melinda Norris, Director Employee Insights at Willis Towers Watson, to learn about the findings from this global research. Bring your experiences and come along to explore the lessons for employers and leaders on where to best focus to address employee concerns and sustain productivity.
