Information session on funding and support available for ACT businesses
Event Information
About this Event
These services and programs can help you to get a new business off the ground, commercialise an idea, invest in research and development, explore new markets, and even assist with exporting.
Lighthouse Business Innovation Centre will be presenting a free information session on Friday 26th February that will highlight some of the options available to small businesses, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations in the ACT.
The information session will look at the different types of funding options available, including:
• Debt funding
• Equity funding
• Grant programs
• Sponsorships
It will also cover services and programs that provide business support, including:
• Government programs
• Business Advisers
• Networking and peer support
The ACT is a great place to start a business or launch a for-purpose organisation, however, it’s not always easy to find information about the different programs available especially when you are just starting out.
This hybrid workshop is available both online and in-person and is a good starting point to find out what’s out there as well as an opportunity to network with peers.
