Description

Influencing and Coaching for Change including the Speed Coaching System™

"Become a masterful and influential leader"

Influencing and Coaching for Change is a ground-breaking, inspirational program for executives, leaders and change agents. Subtle and sophisticated, it combines cutting edge theory with practical hands-on experiences.

Toxic cultures and poor leadership can have profound effects on organisation performance and individual lives. Influencing and Coaching for Change shows how to transform organisation culture and leadership performance to enable individuals and groups to flourish.

Participants gain exceptionally powerful tools and techniques that enable them to masterfully coach people in the workplace.

Many of us have experienced an individual or group conversation where the issue being raised is not the real issue that needs to be resolved. Learn how to ask questions that get to the heart of the issue and resolve apparently intractable problems adeptly and with empathy.

Leaders at all levels avoid dealing with the challenges of underperformance, accusations of bullying, and overwhelmed employees because they don’t know how to intervene elegantly and swiftly. This program changes that completely.

Our Speed Coaching System™ will enable you to address complex problems swiftly and with a light touch, so that your people feel truly heard.

This program is run by DGR Consulting. We help people become masterful and influential leaders, so that they are in the top 1%, and can successfully bring about change.
