Influencer Marketing. It’s not a new concept, but it’s certainly a minefield if you are entering this space for the first time. Or perhaps you’ve tried, and it wasn’t what you thought it would be.

Over the last six years I have been in a very unique position where I have experienced both sides of this world, as a PR and Social Media Manager in Australia and the UK, and as a blogger at Mister Weekender with over 60,000 followers on Instagram.

Influencer marketing has seen thousands of brands shun traditional advertising methods in favour of putting their products and services in the hands of people who have influence over their audiences on social media platforms, most particularly, Instagram.

After working and speaking with a lot of clients, small businesses, creative brands, and PR, marketing and social media professionals over the years, I know there are still many unanswered questions about how to best work with influencers.

For the most part, many of you end up scratching your heads because you’re not sure how to plan an influencer campaign, how find the right influencers to work with, what to look out for, how to best approach the right influencers, whether to gift or pay, what to pay influencers, and where to set your expectations for a quality return on investment.

This is why I am so excited to partner with Newstead Studios in Brisbane for this workshop.

So how can influencers help your business on Instagram? In this 90-minute workshop, I will show you how.

From that initial contact to sustaining a quality relationship with influencers and keeping them engaged in your brand or clients for the long run, there’s a lot to cover. In this workshop I will walk you through the following modules in detail:

This is a no holds barred workshop because I want small businesses, creative brands, and PR, marketing and social media professionals to get the most out of influencer partnerships, and because I want influencers to be properly taken care of.

I’m here to give you honest advice and will be able to answer all of your questions specific to your business or client at the end of the workshop. So, come prepared with a notebook, pen and lots of questions!
