Under Queensland Housing Strategy 2017-2027, the Housing Construction Jobs Program (HCJP) will invest $1.6 billion to deliver more social and affordable housing and a pipeline of development opportunities over 10 years.
This briefing session is for interested parties submitting a proposal for HCJP residential projects in the Sunshine Coast region.
It's an opportunity to learn more about the EOI and ask questions directly to the Department of Housing and Public Works.
