a) when is the retreat going to happen, and
b) what’s involved. I’m going to outline everything here for you and if you’re keen, please get in touch asap, as I have already taken over 20 names and had 2 bookings before even officially launching the retreat!

So the retreat includes all the treatments (oil drenched massages, shirodhara, purging, etc), your own private villa, all meals, private Dr appointments throughout the week, all herbs, plus a day trip to markets and temples, PLUS lifetime access to my group health coaching program so you can maintain all the . You’ll need to fly in to Kochi – atm you can get return flights from the sunny GC for around $600-700 (bargain!).

There is also the option to extend your stay at the retreat centre, or, extend your stay in incredible India! So in a nutshell: getaway in India. Memories, breakthroughs, down time, ocean, mineral pool, nature, temples, staying up late drinking chai talking, beach sunsets and walks everyday… it will be charming in so many ways.

As far as the program goes, there is no actual fixed program, other than the pancakarma itself (shirodhara, oil massage, herbal cleansing and purging, meals made according to your required diet, etc; all individualised to your needs). And I am going to be there to support everyone. These types of deep cleanses tend to release not just physical toxins, but deep emotional tension/trauma as well. So I will be there to support you through emotional releases, so that if needed you can talk through let go of stuff for optimal cleansing results. I’ll be leading morning sadhana in the yoga shala, and there were be optional asana classes, if you’re feeling up to it. We really are going for ‘less is more’ as the theme of this retreat though – rest, rest, rest!

Timeframe wise: fly in on the 4th, start the cleanse on the 5th, and end cleanse on the 12th. Site-seeing on the 13th, check out on the 14th December. Ahhh Summer in India! Dream come true! Cannot wait to share this experience with you <3
