Inclusion Riders
Event Information
Description
Ever since actress Frances McDormand mentioned the phrase "inclusion rider" in her Oscar award acceptance speech the industry has been a buzz with the what does it all mean.
The Attitude Foundation, in partnership with Taste Creative, Screen Diversity Inclusion Network and Bus Stop Films are delighted to present the event "Inclusion Rider" featuring visiting US Academic Beth Haller.
Professor Haller is a renowned expert in media and disability and will join representatives from the Australian media industry to unpack just how we can make the local film and tv industry more inclusive of people with a disability. Are inclusion riders the way to go?
We’d love you to join us for this exclusive event – there will be a mix of presentations, highlights of Australian productions and a panel discussion with ample time for audience questions. Plus the opportunity for networking and connecting over drinks.
Tickets are limited, so please book your ticket today!
