Uncover the humour, hardship, love and memories of men and women enmeshed in World War I through the writings of those in the trenches and at home. The unique collection of South Australian' letters and diaries provides personal insights into the lives and times of those who experienced battle and those waiting at home. You will have opportunity to see some original materials close up. Program includes a 30 minute walking tour of our heritage buildings and a chance to view our current exhibitions.

What can or can't I bring to the event?
- Large bags need to be left at the Cloaking Room for their own safety.
- Food and drinks (other than water) need to stay outside the Library
