Description

To kick-off this new financial year in high Zone, attend this In the Zone Retreat.

As you would all have experienced, it is much more difficult to Zone high when you are feeling physically unwell.

This In the Zone Retreat will focus on Physical Health and Living in Level 3 Zone.

To help you form good habits of hydration, nutrition and movement, I have invited two exceptionally talented members of our Zone Community to facilitate a session each on Gut Health and Yoga. I have also invited John Ngatia to facilitate a session on the importance of Hydration and the latest research in this field.


Exploring the importance of gut health, and the dietary and environmental factors that affect it.

How gut bacteria can either feed us or harm us
How gut bacteria can tell us what to eat!
How environmental factors can stress our gut health
How a dysregulated gut is the ‘rate limiting factor’ to your overall health

Joshua Sutherland
Joshua graduated from his Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine undergrad and honours degree with first-class academic accolades. In March 2017, Joshua was awarded ‘Best Original Oral Research Presentation’ for his talk at a prominent Australian complementary medicine conference. He now divides his time between his clinical practice and ongoing research.

Yoga with Sabine Toh, the founder of Kundalini Studio

Join us for a wonderful 45 minutes of yoga to your unique capacity! Suitable for absolute beginners and experienced Yoga students! Breathing, stretching, harmonising body and mind so you can easily be meditative and hence in your highest intelligence and truly in the presence of NOW.

Sabine has the deepest reverence for the sacred aspect of yoga and the Divinity within you, and her classes are about you enjoying the session to your highest capacity and feel united with your true amazing SELF/nature.

We are in for a treat! Sabine has taught every age and to people from all walks of life, whether corporate, retired, from 4 years to teenage to middle aged to nearly 80 years old. She has taught at University, at schools and been an invited yoga teacher for many functions, workshops and retreats nationally and internationally.
