“Gender discrimination is bad business” according to Carol Schwartz, business leader and passionate advocate for women in leadership.
Whether in her role on the Board of the Reserve Bank, through her private philanthropic foundation or numerous other commercial roles, Carol practices what she preaches.
Throughout 2021 numerous women in the political arena have come forward to share stories of discrimination and harassment in their workplace. These deeply personal accounts have thrust Gender Equality into the spotlight - leaving many asking will equity ever be achieved?
Carol Schwartz AO is an agitator for change and will join Jon Faine AM to share her insights and strategies on what is required now, at our first LIVE ‘In Conversation’ event, presented by Monash Law.
Working across business, corporations, on company and government boards, to not-for-profit and social enterprises Carol Schwartz will bring her unique perspective to this enormous challenge.
You can join the conversation between Carol Schwartz AO and Jon Faine AM on Thursday 29 July at 6pm. Carol and Jon will address your questions and comments in-person and online in real time.
In Conversation with Jon Faine deep-dives into the minds of some of Australia’s major movers and shakers as they explore some of the biggest legal, economic and social issues of our time.
