Join us for a free workshop that will explore language services in relation to the Aged Care Quality Standards, adequate systems that create consistent access to interpreters and how to develop accurate translations in plain language that inform and engage your clients. Delivered by Sylaba Translations and the West Metro Diversity Advisor, this workshop is for CHSP and HACC PYP service providers working in aged care and disability services.
The workshop will explore the importance of quality language services in relation to the Aged Care Quality Standards. Discuss what adequate systems create consistent access to interpreters and how to develop accurate translations in plain language that inform and engage your clients.
