Make your own music through improvisation and learn and play electric violin/viola/cello, amps & FX for violin, viola, cello and double bass.

VENUE: Theo’s Music in the Acoustic Room - 4 Southport Street, West Leederville

Open to all players 12+ years of an intermediate standard and above

Learn how to make your own music through improvisation and go electric for strings. Includes practical instruction and experience in every aspect of music improvisation and going electric.

Discover how to use the different types of instruments, what the different FX pedals do and how to use them, and a practical understanding of the range of amps and PAs.

This course allows students of classical string instruments to have the first hand experience and know-how to play on electric instruments in rock, blues, pop and folk/world music solo or in bands.

Also available is expert consultation and guidance to purchase appropriate instruments, amps and FX if you don't already have them.
