Implementing innovation strategies in a practicable manner

This application-focused workshop will create awareness, understanding and the ability to implement organisational strategies that support innovation.

This workshop will provide attendees with an ability to critically evaluate their existing (innovation) strategies, as well as the ability to formulate and implement innovation strategies that are practicable.

The resulting outcome could be either an innovation strategy or a strategy that recognises innovation in its formulation and execution.

Presenter: Associate Professor Piet Beukman FIPENZ. Piet has 40 years of international experience in the field of engineering and technology management as well as technology commercialisation. Piet is currently Director of the Engineering Management Programme at the University of Canterbury as well as a past shareholder of Holliday Corporation Ltd, an angel investment firm.
