Council's community immunisation sessions offer routine vaccinations for infants, children, adolescents and adults.

• Only one parent or guardian should accompany a child to assist with social distancing.
• On arrival you will be required to scan a QR code and complete a quick survey.
• Please wear or dress your child in short sleeve or loose fitting clothing to allow easy access to the vaccination site.
• Once you or your child has been vaccinated, nurses will ask you to stay for 15 minutes.

In accordance with Council's COVID-19 Health Check Protocol, we will be unable to grant you access to Level 1, Hawthorn Community Precinct if you are not wearing a face mask or covering as directed by the Victoria Chief Health Officer.

Please do not attend if:-

• You or your child have symptoms of a respiratory infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat)
• You or your child are subject to a 14-day self-isolation requirement.
• You or your child have been in contact with anyone who has received a positive COVID-19 test in the last 14 days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: You can cancel your Free order anytime from the tickets section of your Eventbrite account. For Paid orders, refunds are available up to one day before event.
