Immunisation Session - Friday 29 July 2022

Council's community immunisation sessions offer routine vaccinations for infants, children, adolescents and adults.

Important

• Online bookings are essential.
• Do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
• Only one parent or guardian should accompany a child to assist with social distancing.
• Please wear or dress your child in short sleeve or loose-fitting clothing to allow easy access to the vaccination site.
• Once you or your child has been vaccinated, nurses will ask you to stay for 15 minutes.
• If your child has a needle phobia or special needs, please email us to discuss options for their immunisation appointment - immunisation@boroondara.vic.gov.au

Please do not attend if:

• You or your child have symptoms of a respiratory infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat)
• You or your child are subject to a 7-day self-isolation requirement.
• You or your child have been in contact with anyone who has received a positive COVID-19 test in the last 7 days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: You can cancel your Free order anytime from the tickets section of your Eventbrite account. For Paid orders, refunds are available up to one day before event.
