Immigration Law Review 7

Join us for in depth analysis and discussion of immigration law and developments.


Topics for this seminar will include:

- new TSS regulations (subclass 482 visa) ;

- the impact of free trade agreements upon visa assessments;

- labour marketing testing requirements for employer sponsorship;

- changes to training benchmarks for employer sponsored visas;

- changes to skilled occupation lists;

- forecasting processes for changes to skilled occupation lists;

- amendments to points tests assessments for skilled visas; and

- adjustments to financial requirements for student visas.


We will consider judicial review developments, including an examination of the operations of the Immigration Assessment Authority (IAA) as enunciated by the High Court of Australia and the Full Federal Court of Australia.
