Description

Imbolc Yin Half Day Retreat

Imbolc is the half way point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. It is during this time we feel the warmth of the sun on our skin and it light entering our winter cave. The emergence of the sun also brings with it renewed hope, optimism and insight into the issues we have faced during the darker months.

Imbolc is a great season to celebrate the return of the light, the sun and its warmth as well as engaging our bodies and minds in acts that open ourselves to divine inspiration.

At this gathering we will:

  • Slow yoga movements to heal and open our heart chakra
  • Crystal talk & meditation on rose quartz
  • Sacred circle on self love and emerging after winter
  • Labyrinth Walk - uncurl from within
  • Crystal healing with reiki and rose quartz
  • Share rose quartz elixir
  • Make rose quartz bracelet using 100% natural A grade crystals and Sterling Silver (valued at $56) yours to keep to remind you of self love and uncurling from within.
  • Make herbal tea from the organic tea garden.
