Kelly Burls (ANZ)
ANZ traces its history back over 175 years, whereby the first office was opened in Sydney in 1835. The bank established a Melbourne office in 1838, where ANZ's world headquarters is located today at 833 Collins Street, Melbourne.

Jacob Chapman (Medibank)
Medibank is an integrated private health insurance and health services group. It is Australia’s largest private health insurer, incorporating the Medibank Private and ahm health funds. Shane Hastie (Software Ed)
Shane is the Chief Knowledge Engineer and Agile Practice Lead at Software Education, providing training and consultancy in business systems analysis, requirements engineering, software project management, software testing and design techniques using traditional, Object Oriented as well as Agile methodologies.
With over 25 years of practical experience in software development in real-world environments, Shane has designed and built a diverse range of systems for a broad range of industries - experience which he weaves expertly into the training he delivers for Software Education.
Not only does Shane have a wealth of practical experience, he also has an impressive range of qualifications. He holds a Masters degree in Information Management (MIM), is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), is ISTQB Foundation certified (CTFL), and is also a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®).
