Panel

Georgia WattGeorgia Watt, Head of Consultancy

Vita Enterprise Solutions

Georgia is an ICT professional with technical, consultancy and management experience on Cloud, Unified Communications, Mobility and Enterprise Infrastructure projects over the past 13 years. Her roles over this time have been varied, ranging from Systems Engineer, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Business Analyst and Team Leader.

This past year she’s been busy focusing on developing her leadership skills and building a new Business Analysis practice (comprising of Systems, Process and Business Analysts located around Australia) to support our Sales and Service Delivery teams by eliciting customer’s business and technical requirements to facilitate lowered-risk, higher-value and efficiently-delivered projects that align with client’s expectations. A great customer experience and strong desire to constantly improve is what drives the Vita Enterprise Solutions Consultancy Group on a daily basis, and it’s with thanks to IIBA that our BA practice has been built (and team members continue to grow) from such solid foundations.

Diana Dal Bon

Diana Dal Bon, Team Lead Enterprise Business Analysis

Sunsuper

Diana has performed business analysis long before she even knew of its title. Officially she has more than 12 years’ experience as a business analyst working in superannuation, government, emergency services and banking business domains. She has held a number of roles leading teams of business analysts delivering consultancy services or providing services in-house.

Diana believes that the business analyst role is undervalued in many organisations. She wants to help equip BAs to become self-promoters of their value to an organisation.

Darian Templeman

Darian Templeman, Practice Manager - Analysis

Queensland Health

Darian has over 12 years’ experience in ICT in a variety of roles, beginning as junior business analyst, through to the Transition to Operations Manager for the State-wide integrated Electronic Medical Record (iEMR) program within eHealth Queensland, and working today as the Practice Manager, Analysis for Queensland Health. During his career, Darian has worked across a number industry sectors including health, education and government.

Darian is passionate about promoting the important, yet often understated, role of business analysis and ensuring that business analysts have the right learning and development pathways to enable them to develop, perfect their skills and contribute to the business analyst profession.
