Event description

Description

Do you want your child to have greater thinking capacity and enhance their cognitive ability, helping them tackle their studies more effectively? If you think this is for your family then we would love you to join us for three introductory workshops.

Tuesday 4th, 11th & 18th February - Package includes 3 x workshops for two people (adult & student), all materials and a light supper.

Designed with student growth in mind, these consecutive workshops are geared toward families with upper primary and middle school students. We focus predominantly on building thinking strategies utilising Professor Reuven Feuerstein's international renowned research-based brain training, the FIE Program.

The FIE program has been used with learners of all ages in North East Victoria since 2012 and internationally for many years before now.

Individual sessions are normally valued at $90 but to kick off 2020 and introduce the program to you we are delivering our 'Igniting Curiosity' Package at a discounted rate. This program is specifically for upper primary and middle school students and their parent or carer. Tutoring costs are upward of $50 but we are not a tutoring service, we like to use the phrase "Our programs offer .... more than tutoring!" when we refer to our THINKING programs.

We invite adults and their learners to work alongside one another to tackle a range of set tasks and challenges. You will be pleasantly surprised as to what you discover about your own thinking.

*Venue for these February workshops to be advised.
