IFITT Talk Workshop on "Smart Services in Tourism & Smart Destinations"

Smart Destinations are now a national strategic priority for sustainable tourism development in numerous countries (i.e. China, Japan, Europe and USA). The provision of smart services has also become a critical necessity for achieving competitive advantage, differentiation and enhanced performance. The workshop is designed to provide you with the latest applications, best practices and research findings on smart services in tourism.
