In this fast-paced course, you’ll learn the skills and behaviours necessary to transform from an output-based approach to a customer centric and outcome-based approach that delivers value.

Acquire proven techniques and practices to define value in alignment with business and user needs, to engage stakeholders at broad levels, and to measure customer value at scale.

You’ll learn through presentations, discussion and practical hands-on exercises. Our ICAgile-certified trainers are practising Agile Product coaches and have worked alongside some of Australia’s best-known organisations.

Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Business Subject Matter Experts in agile teams or anyone aspiring to these roles. Also, anyone else or other team members who’s curious about agile approaches to value-driven product development will benefit from this certification.

Duration

A practical, hands-on learning experience over 16 hours

Virtual delivery - mornings from 9:00am to 1:00pm AEST

Classes will be held on Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday

Your Trainers

Sarah Kirkby

Sarah Kirkby is an ICAgile accredited trainer for the Product Ownership certification and our lead trainer for this course.

Sarah has been working with digital products and services for the past 13 years, across industries including Media, Software, Government, Marketing, Education and Adtech. She has worked on a number of B2B and B2C new and existing products at different stages of the product life cycle.

Brendan Marsh

Brendan has been working in the tech product space for the past 11 years and has recently returned to Australia, after 6 years in Sweden, 5 of which spent at Spotify during their hyper growth phase, first as an Agile Coach and then as the Product Manager for Spotify’s desktop client.
