#IamRemarkable Workshop hosted by GrowGetters - July 2022

GrowGetters is proud to offer an all-new #IamRemarkable workshop. #IamRemarkable is a Google initiative empowering women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond.

This initiative was originally created inside of Google to help people learn how to openly share their wins. If you are anything like us, you might not be so open and confident to share your successes - so this program was developed to create a framework to encourage self-promotion in the workplace and beyond irrespective of gender, race, cultural backgrounds, etc. Therefore this workshop's intention is to help break modesty norms and self-imposed glass ceilings.

During the 90 minute workshop, you will learn the importance of self-promotion in your personal and professional life and be equipped with tools to develop this skill.

We will explore:

• Research that dives into the unconfrontable truth around self-promotion and unconscious bias.
• A 2-part exercise to help you articulate your achievements and practice self-promotion.
• Further resources to help you in your self-promotion journey.

The #IamRemarkable session is a safe and open space to express yourself and support others. What's most unique about this session is it gives you an opportunity to make new friends and rediscover just how remarkable you are.

The workshop will take place via Zoom, Thursday, July 7th from 12:00 PM CEST to 1:30 PM CEST.

Please note: Participants that attend the workshop are requested to be present and actively participate for the duration of the event so they get the most out of the workshop.

This session will be delivered by Tiffany Hart (co-founder of GrowGetters). Tiffany Hart is a certified #IamRemarkable workshop facilitator, she's a start-up founder and tech entrepreneur. Her startup, 7Write was selected from thousands around the world to join Europe's leading startup incubator, Startup Bootcamp Amsterdam in 2012. Her company was quickly funded by some of Australia's and Europe's leading investors - including the original seed investor at PayPal, Peter Davison. Tiffany is the co-founder of GrowGetters.
