Description

Cukes will be ready so let's go! Sharon and Roger from The Fermentary are coming to help us ferment all the things. There'll be other vegies there to ferment including honey and garlic and a brined beans and lots of talk on wild fermentation.

Pickles taste better without vinegar and the best sour pickles are the naturally fermented, good for your gut kind. It'll be one of our first batches of the season! Fill and take home your own jar to ferment and eat later. They'll easily be ready in time for the late January long weekend. YUM. Go forth and make these and other similar ferments for the whole season with brazen new confidence!
