Hypertension is a major cause of premature death worldwide. Medical research suggests that more than a third of Australians have high blood pressure, but many remain unaware they have it.
Join us on World Hypertension Day to learn more about high blood pressure from globally renowned hypertension specialist Professor Markus Schlaich, and about how you can improve your cardiovascular health. You can also have your blood pressure measured for FREE before and after the presentation.

About Professor Markus Schlaich
Professor Markus Schlaich is the head of the Dobney Hypertension Centre (DHC) which is a collaborative venture between the RPH Research Foundation, Royal Perth Hospital and the University of Western Australia, conducting world-class research here in the heart of Perth.
