The Humie Self Discovery workshop focuses on the first part of the career journey. The place to begin if you are stuck or just curious about what you could become or what else is out there. Humie endeavours to provide a safe place to challenge your thinking and helps guide you to find the information and strategy you need in your career journey.

Get to the bottom of why you want to make a difference in your life. Get to know your core values, the areas in your career that are most important to your success, and the things that have been blocking your ability to be yourself.

Practice and deliver your story

Get the confidence to succeed in communicating and delivering your authentic story in a safe and supportive environment, a place where you can be yourself and learn from others.

• Practice, test and refine your story with your fellow participants
• Get expert feedback on your story from our professional career coaches
• Establish an ongoing strategy to help you test and refine your story after the course to help you in your research, networking and interviewing.

He’s also a successful career coach, helping countless people understand the ‘why’ behind their career choices. Jamie’s expert guidance enables people to broaden their professional goals and strive for alignment between their work and their values.

Lucy

If Jamie is the visionary, Humie’s co-founder and 
Managing Partner Lucy is the realist. Her background in Human-Centred Design, HR, and operational management ensures she keeps the Humie ship running smoothly. 
An empathy advocate, she nurtures a safe and creative environment in Humie workshops, allowing people to discover their inner voice and letting their true 
personalities emerge.
