Event description

In a self-directed funding environment, where the social impact of traditional NFP’s will come from a “new” client service model, both individuals and organisations need to adapt. Adaptive leadership driven by personal and organisational brand values is a proven way to differentiate both as a service provider and employee of choice.

High trust is created through nurturing a culture of deep connection. Storytelling nurtures empathy, empathy nurtures connection, connection in turn nurtures openness which ultimately leads to trust. This session offers four perspectives on the impact a culture of high trust can make in a world of uncertainty and change. It considers the science behind human connection, and gives practical tools for nurturing connection and trust in the workplace. You will understand how to differentiate your organisation using a genuine, values based method resulting in greater social impact both within your organisation and wider community.
