Why were the training participants' costs kept to a minimum?

The costs were kept to a minimum for accessibility. The training partipicant will expect to pay anywhere from $250 to $500 per topic per day for the same quality training from another training provider. With San Jose Training & Coaching, participants receive training on 2 different topics per day from just under $50 per topic.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the training venue?

Approximately 10 min drive by car or 20 min by bus (400) from Sydney domestic airport. Nearest bus stop is 200 metres away.

Approximately 15 min drive by car or between 35 and 45 minutes by bus or by bus and train from Central Train Station.

There is usually a lot of street parking available, no metred parking, no time limit e.g. Dalley Avenue.

How do I let the trainer know if I am not attending the optional dinner?

Every registered participant will be counted for the optional dinner. If you are not attending the dinner, please email your apology to the trainer on sanjose@communitycaretrainingandcoaching.com at least 1 week before the training. This is because the trainer needs to book a local venue at least 1 week before.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the training?

You may show your ticket on your mobile phone or print and bring a paper version.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, you may find a replacement to fill your spot and then email the trainer on sanjose@communitycaretrainingandcoaching.com asap or at least 2 days before the training with the name, position, mobile phone number and email address of the new participant.

The new participant will need to bring and show the ticket on the day of the training.

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring your own note-taking materials. It is also advisable to bring a spare jacket for the unpredictable weather. Every registered participant will be counted for the optional dinner unless the organiser received an email with an apology. If you did not email an apology, please ensure you have $25-30 in cash for dinner.

What is the refund policy?

Please make your purchase decision carefully. No refunds will be accepted for any change of mind reason. You will need to find a replacement to fill your spot if you are unable to attend for whatever reason. The trainer reserves the right to decide to refund part of the amount if the participant was sick on the day. The trainer will not be responsible for delayed or cancelled flights or other modes of transport.

Is it okay for me to attend this training even if I am not from the community care sector?

You are welcome to attend even if you are

-trying to find a job in the community care sector

-about to start or have started a new for-profit enterprise in the community care sector

-or work in a totally different sector

as long as you are interested in learning about the topics.

What are my options if I miss out on this training?

You may check out if there is still any space left at the Western Sydney venue for the same set of training on 3rd and 4th May 2017.

You may request to attend one of the other training sessions in 2017. The trainer can email you the eventbritelink closer to the date.

You may request the same set of training to be delivered on your organisation's premises if you have a group of participants interested. Quote can be provided.

You may request a customised training on any other topics at your organisation's premises if you have a group of participants interested. Quote can be provided. Please refer to communitycaretrainingandcoaching.com for other topics available.
