Event description

Description

In this 3-hour session, you will learn that Human-centred Design is not a buzzword but an approach that anyone or organisation working with people and communities will need to embrace.

Human-centered design is all about building a deep empathy with the people you’re designing for. It’s a process that starts with the people you’re designing for and ends with solutions that are customised to meet their needs.

From this workshop, you will walk away with:

  • A high-level of customer-centred design approach and methodology

  • An in-depth hands-on practice of discovering the right customer proble

  • A clear understanding of the processes around how to arrive at the best solution so that you can better manage future implementations and know that your solution will be a success because you’ve kept the very people you’re looking to serve at the heart of the process.
