Over two hours we will explore ideas and practices that are designed to enhance vitality and connection through physical movement
We will experiment with the concepts of

x 4 universal mindfulness practices
This short master class will be taught by Simba a holistic health practitioner, shamanic healer, professional performing artist, movement practitioner and perpetual student of global wisdoms.
