She has co-authored two international handbooks on coaching, is featured in 10+ books, and is sought out by media as a leading voice in the fields of coaching and entrepreneurship.

As an unexpected researcher, she led a groundbreaking longitudinal scientific study (20-year) of founders at various stages of their business evolution, including a sample who failed and those who sold their businesses for between $6m and $1.2b+.

Using her experience and research, she led a team to create Fingerprint for Success, a web application and community that assists entrepreneurs, investors, and enterprise to illuminate entrepreneurial talent and diagnose blind spots while also providing resources to improve their venture success.

Within Equilibrio, the first business Michelle founded, she and a team of behavioural and developmental coaches work both personally and professionally with individuals and organisations.

Michelle’s personal specialty as a coach is working with entrepreneurs, thought leaders, CEOs, and creative artists; such as writers, producers, and actors. She has coached thousands of individuals locally and internationally.

Nick Dunford, General Manager, CoVentured

Nick Dunford trained as a professional cricket player in Australia and the UK before launching his first startup in 2007. Nick actually foresaw the disruption of the taxi-industry (before the age of the iPhone) and set up an alternative service, raising $400k of angel investment in the process. With his business failing in the first year, he realised the importance of sales and sought to hone his skills by working for the US software vendor, Aderant, where he became the Head of Sales for Asia Pacific. Nick then went on to complete an MBA at the University of Oxford and upon finishing joined Slingshot to spearhead the development and launch of CoVentured. Now in his role as General Manager, he helps to facilitate better collaboration between startups and corporates. Nick is also an avid dog lover.
