Event description

Description

Too many business owners are doing it tough. They are working on organic growth of their business because that’s the way they always have done it…

Organic growth makes sense when you’re starting out and have limited resources. Getting growth through word of mouth and doing a great job is brilliant. But, as you grow, this becomes more difficult to scale.

Strategic growth is more about finding smart ways to grow your business, the catch is they take both time and money. If you are an established business with over $1 million dollars in revenue and looking for a step change in your growth, this could be the best event you will attend this year.

In business, every cent you spend needs to be seen as an investment rather than an expense. That means you have established an ROI.

Small business owners usually trade their time for money, meaning if they can do it themselves, they will. This is what gets them stuck on the tools. Successful business owners are willing to spend money to save time. That requires them to research, evaluate and execute high level strategic moves to get ahead.

If you’re doing well but are looking for ways to fast-track the next stage of growth you need to attend this event.

We’ll be covering…

  • How to invest strategically in the growth of your business
  • Creating a plan to leapfrog your competitors
  • Getting access to cash to fund growth
  • Developing a strong brand to maintain margins in a competitive environment

We are at the start of the next decade… where do you want to be at the end of 2030?

This seminar will change your perspective on how to grow your business in 2020 and beyond, so register now. Limited seating available.

Paul Dubois - Profunding

Finance your Business In 2020 and Beyond

Most SME’s realise that they need access to capital in order to fund growth, stock, acquisition or other working capital requirements. They also know that Banks generally don’t understand their business and the needs of business people. In this keynote speech Paul Dubois will show you some of the techniques that he has used as a commercial finance broker to assist Business Owners in solving the Capital Bridge.

Paul has over 30 years of finance and deal structuring experience of SME’s, Large Private and Publicly Listed Business. He has used his background in Debt Advisory Services to provide assistance to privately owned businesses and small market caps in debt structuring and advice. Paul also has experience in mortgage broking and assisting people in finding the best home loan to meet their needs. He has specific expertise with trading businesses and cash flow finance in the manufacturing and logistics (distribution) industries.
