Conditions of purchase.


Just like the airlines, we use our best endeavours to ensure that each event is fully booked. This means when the number of event guests is below a certain threshold or we have more guests than we can comfortably seat, your booking may be transferred to another similar event on another date. Should this new date be unsuitable, or we cannot find another event for the transfer of your original booking within 28 days, we will generate a full refund of your ticket price.
