Description

How to Really Know if We Are Delivering What Our Clients Need or Want

It may not matter how experienced we are as diagnosticians. There will be times when we come across a client who, for one reason or another, is unable to provide the kinds of information we seek in order to make an assessment of their therapeutic needs. It may also be the case that our clients might believe they want one thing and yet deep down, they really want or need something else.

So, how can we make a proper assessment of our clients that respect what they really want or need, irrespective of whether they are able to articulate those needs or wants.

What You Will Learn

In this seminar, you will learn

  • ways of identifying what clients really need or want;
  • especially when clients are only able to provide "yes", "no" or "don't know" answers to our questions;
  • ways of assessing client's current position;
  • ways of assessing progress; and
  • ways of providing concrete evidence of therapeutic success to third parties.
